Heatwraps for lower back, waist and hips
These Heatwrap belts are fully adjustable to fit your waist or your hips which is where I place mine. The heat from these is not hot, just pleasantly warm to keep an area soothed. You can go about your day and not notice you are wearing it. Comforting heat can last up to 12 hours, I prefer to wear mine at my hips, over top of my underwear since I am a senior and have sensitive skin. The amount of heat is equivalent to a heating pad on low. It didn't work for me at night.
