Would not buy again
Belt does not last through 5 uses. Belt should be a lot wider. Ache soother
I started using these soothing heated pads for my back about a month ago. I actively lift heavy objects 3 days a week. Recently, I started feeling pain in my lower back and wanted to be able to take care of the discomfort while I lift. These heating pads have worked out nicely in aiding the pain in addition to me taking ibuprofen, which helps me get through. Instead of taking the pad off, I take a shower and wear the heating pad to bed overnight while I sleep. It gives 20 hours of comfort. They are terrible
These are terrible and the wrap is supposed to last 5 days and it was done after a day.
