    Durable and safe.

These scissors are pretty sharp but absolutely will not penetrate the skin if used correctly, cuts bandages with ease and they feel really durable. Nice addition to a medical kit.

    Bandage Scissors Work as Intended

I received the CVS Health Bandage Scissors in exchange for my honest review. These scissors work well to lift the bandage away from skin and cut without risk or cutting yourself or others. I found them to be easy and effective. They were comfortable to hold. They did exactly what they’re supposed to. I recommend everyone keep a pair in their first aid kit.

They cut by lifting the bandage

First off, let me just say that I recently broke my toe and I have an issue with that toenail. That being said, I am finding myself in the predicament of having to wrap the toe up, so these scissors definitely are appreciated. I like that they have a blunt/curved tip to protection from an accidental cut. I also like that they are stainless steel, yet they have plastic where your fingers go to give them comfort. The sound that they make when the two blades are cutting, you know that you are going to be getting a smooth cut and that’s essential.

    Great!

My husband has been using these scissors to help him cut and make grow bags for his vegetables. They’ve been working very well and after daily use for a few weeks, they’re still super sharp. Very good!

    Small but good!

The scissors are small, so thicker (wider) medical tape will require a few passes. The quality seems really good. They have a safety tip so you don’t cut skin. Fit well in your hand!

    Very Handy

These are handy little bandage removal scissors. Cut very well, and seem to be made very well. This size is great for addition to IFAK or small emergency bag. These are very handy and are a great addition to any emergency kit.

A safe and painless way to remove wound dressings

These bandage scissors are great to have for the accident-prone. The blunt tip makes it safe, comfortable, and easy to slip under wound dressings. The scissors are well made and feel durable. No wobbly blades. They're safe enough to use on children and elderly people.
