Great scent, gentle cleaning . . .
The product is just what I wanted and the scent is sensational. BUT - and this is a big BUT - I purchased this pump dispenser on holiday, far way from home, and the pump just would not unlock for me. I tried and tried and could not get the pump to unlock so I could engage the pump action. I had to take off the top and pour a bit into my hands each time. It was a real bother. So, I brought the soap home and used it as a refill for another pump that I already had. I question the viability and quality of the dispener itself. I cannot be the only one that has struggled with a defective pump.
