Great for the price
The CVS brand top coat dried quickly and smooth. My pedicure is still chip-free after two weeks. I've used other top coats that give better shine, but for the price this one is pretty great. Would still use again
I would say that it probably is up to the person using it! I used it on my girls nails, and I feel like I didn’t really see a difference in how fast anything dried? Longer than ten minutes to dry.
I was happy to see CVS with a fast-drying top coat, but was slightly disappointed. When I think of a fast-drying top coat for nails, it’s less than ten minutes dry. It took over ten minutes to dry, yes, I timed it; however, I like the shine it provided after one coat/application. The scent is powerful, which made me think it would not take as long as other brands to dry, and it did.
