I would say that it probably is up to the person using it! I used it on my girls nails, and I feel like I didn't really see a difference in how fast anything dried? Longer than ten minutes to dry.
I was happy to see CVS with a fast-drying top coat, but was slightly disappointed. When I think of a fast-drying top coat for nails, it's less than ten minutes dry. It took over ten minutes to dry, yes, I timed it; however, I like the shine it provided after one coat/application. The scent is powerful, which made me think it would not take as long as other brands to dry, and it did. Fast drying topcoat that's easy to use. I do think I like the one from Sally Hansen more though. Good consistency
Great tip coat. Not streaky or clumpy at all. I would say it dries faster than a regular clear coat I'm used to putting on when I do my nails. Application was easy and fast! It made my color really shine and dry time was so fast! I did use a fan but I always do as who has time to wait longer. Super cute and small. I actually tested this one product with a stop watch and it dried under a minute. I was beyond impressed. I will be purchasing when I run out!
