Who doesn't want beautiful luxurious locks of hair and strong nails? Adding Biotin like CVS 10,000mcg can help! Biotin, also known as vitamin B7, is often recommended for strengthening hair and nails, and in my case, it seems to have delivered. I've been trying to grow my hair out since chopping it and I feel like Biotin has helped it to start growing faster. Potent effective biotin
Good value. Very potent. Wish it was in a glass bottle but hard to come across too many using glass bottles. No overbearing taste or after taste. Small and easy to swallow vitamins. Help with nail strength as mine grow in pretty brittle. Only 1 needed per day so bottle lasts a couple months. Using for hair growth
I take 1-2 about 1 once a week for my hair journey growth. These have 10,000 mcg biotin per capsule which is the most I've seen! easy to swallow
My nails are fragile and my hair is thinner due to postpartum, so this product is God Sent right now to me. The pill itself is perfect size to swallow, no taste, milky color. I like it, and hopefully it will hep improve my problem. I think it needs more time to review since vitamins take time to fully enforce in your body but so far I think its been working!
