    Really helps hair growth

    After a hospital stay I lost a lot of my hair. Biotin once a day has made a huge difference in my hair growth.

    Suggested by doctor to begin taking

    I've only begun taking this medicine at the doctor's suggestion. Biotin is to help with my breaking nails and skin problem.

    Necessary suppliment

    I don't think a multi-vitamin contains enough biotin so I take more for skin health.
