Adequately stops bleeding
The overspray is excessive and wastes product at times.0 users found this review helpful. - Yes, I recommendBruceVerified purchaseReviewed 2 months agoValue Out of 5Meets expectationsOut of 5Quality Out of 5
Worked on small cut
I am temporarily on a blood thinner and aspirin. A small capillary vessel was nicked and would not stop oozing. Bandaids were useless. Pressure on the area helped but when the pressure was released it began to bleed again. This spray did help the wound clot after the pressure was released. The spray does burn a little.2 users found this review helpful. - Yes, I recommendMARYVerified purchaseReviewed 3 months ago
Do not Recommend
I can see where this would be helpful to have on hand, especially if you take blood thinners. I sprayed some on my hand just to see what it was like. I almost passed out from the incredibly strong chemical smell! I think I'll stick to the powder form.Reply from Customer Relations Representative3 months agoHi, we are sorry to hear about your experience with the CVS Blood Stopping Spray. it didn't work
I'm taking baby aspirin which reduces clotting for blood when there's a cut. I purchased this because I couldn't get a puncture would (dog nip) to stop bleeding. it didn't really help any and I just had to keep putting gauze on the wound and lay off the aspirin for a few days.Reply from CVS Customer Relations Representative5 months agoHi John, we are sorry to hear about your experience with the CVS Blood Stopping Spray.
