    Not very sturdy

    The battery door broke off in less than 2 weeks or use.

    Great with free app.

    Very easy to use and set up app on android phone. Averages your different time tests for you. Only the meter and case but worth the extra cost for other necessities.

    great item to use

    I like it syncs well with iPhone app . But the only thing is the back comes off by itself too loose and sometimes doesn't turn on

    Works but …

    I have used this meter for a while now because the cost of the test strips is amazing, and I don't need all the bells and whistles that some other meters come with. But my frustration is why would it only come with a meter?? Luckily I have my own supplies because I've been diabetics for a long time, but for $22 in store, at MINIMUM it should come with a lancet device and 5 test strips. I had to buy a replacement because I kept receiving an error code 7, but I was surprised that this only came with the meter. What about people who purchase this for emergencies, or newly diagnosed people? I have to buy all the required pieces separately! I just think CVS could do better at providing quality product with the value.

    Wrong very often

    I switched from the Freestyle Precision Neo because of the price of the strips and was let down immensely. This connect to Bluetooth which is pretty cool but I don't like how it often gets my readings wrong and I have to go back and edit them through my Health app on my iPhone. I know they're wrong, because I have to stick myself about twice to get the right result and usually matches my Dexcom G7. I would not buy

    Great meter

    This is a fantastic glucose meter, I love the bluetooth connectivity which will automatically download the readings to the app. Highly accurate, I compare this meters readings to the Contour next One glucose meter readings. Despite all the negative reviews, I'm super happy with this meter! Also, the price of the meter and the test strips can't be beat.

    Not accurate

    I should have checked the reviews prior to buying this meter. Like many others I wanted this meter for it's ease of documenting my glucose numbers throughout the day. However, upon initial testing I saw that something was very wrong. This meter was reporting my glucose 10-20 points higher than my other 'brand-new' meter. I did try the recommendation to take the sample with the test strip held vertical to the sample vs horizontal, but that made no difference. I am hopeful that CVS will offer an updated/corrected version of this meter in exchange for this device. Additionally, I would think that CVS would recall this defective model because of the inherent health risk that it poses.

    Great meter - if you use it right!

    When I first bought this, my readings were so off from my other meter (I bought this one for the Bluetooth logging) that I thought it was either junk or calibrated wrong. I managed to get a hold of a human and they agreed to send me control solution, but in the meantime asked me if I was using the meter correctly. Naturally, I said - of course I am. After the call, I looked at the instructions and realized they were different from what I was used to! I would hold the meter/strip horizontally and shove it into the side of the drop. This meter said to hold it vertically and dip into the drop. Once I started doing that - it worked great. And I did get the control solution and it was all good. So yeah - read the instructions and give that a try before you throw this baby out.
