Great Body Measurement Tool
This scale is excellent not only to keep an eye on weight but offers measurements for BMI, water, muscle mass and bone mass. The app automatically records the measurements and builds a chart to help keep track of changes. As a previous reviewer stated, you can get on the scale four times in a row, and get four completely different readings. I tried all sorts of different hard surfaces - it seems so temperamental, slight variations in the texture of the floor can give it wildly different ranges of measurements, which are rarely consistent in the same spot. But sometimes, I'll move it to a different spot, then move it back, and the range is different from what it was last time it was there.
