Great flavor! Great Deal!
I buy these for anxiety. There's a prescription med in the same class as diphenhydramine, but it doesn't really help me and the dosage is specific. I can use OTC diphenhydramine and use the pediatric dose to titrate to the level to where it helps. It doesn't make me tired. It just takes the edge off of the anxiety and irritability that I have. Plus, I can also handle birds which are an allergen for me. It does have the secondary effect of preventing a reaction to cotton trees and birds. It helps my eyes not water so much. Overall, diphenhydramine. These, specifically, have great flavor! I prefer the bubblegum but the grape is good, too. These would be good for acute allergies in kiddos, but can sometimes cause a paradoxical reaction. They're great to have on hand.
