    Dont buy it

    I just got this a few hours ago as i lost my gel pack. i suffer from severe period pain and let me tell you i wasted my hard earned money because this doesnt even stay warm for 10seconds LET ALONE 10 minutes. please dont waste ur money like i did. very disappointed

    Something has changed

    I have had several of these over the years and love them. They can be microwaved for 45 seconds and stay warm for a while. I just bought a new one about a month ago and it is not the same. Just by feel and sound I can tell the filling material is different. With the new one, I heat it for a solid minute and it is barely warm. And the minimal heat doesn’t last. I don’t know what changed or why, but this is not the same product I’ve been using. This new one is garbage.

    Doctor approves it for stomach flare ups.

    This has become handy for weeks! I recently got a bad flare up in which I have to get hospitalized be at my guts were inflamed even with really strong medication I would still feel discomfort and pain. But my hot compress actually help me soothe and forget about it until the next round of medication came in. At first I was using the disposable ones which was wasteful . I love this one instead which keep warms for a long time and you can re use it as much as you want. Highly recommend it.
