Trick to using. Pull tube to top of fill line , attach cream to tube & push cream into tube. Makes easier. Before inserting push little cream out of tip & then insert. So I gave this to my sister to try and she liked it . No strong scent to it and the instructions were very clear . She said she had no discomfort with application and she felt results . She was able to feel results within 48 hours . Nothing major just felt more comfortable.
