I'm so impressed with this product. Before taking Brain Health I had so much brain fog. It was horrible. I couldn't think straight. I would have to write everything or I would forget. Even the simple thing like remember to bring home a gallon of milk. Since I started on Brain Health the brain fog is almost gone. I'm so much happier. Great product
As I am now in my 60's, I decided to try this product to help my alertness and memory. They are easy to swallow as they are a softgel. After taking this for a couple weeks, I did start to notice that I wasn't quite as forgetful and able to concentrate a bit better. The CVS Health Cognitive 5-Function Brain Health works. The soft gels are easy to take and they digest well with no upset and no aftertaste. They keep me more alert and attentive. I was truly hesitant about a cognitive health supplement. I was mistaken though as I felt more focused when taking this supplement. Also, I seem to feel more "clear headed". I take a lot of daily meds and get some brain fog. Well not when taking these. I've continued taking them daily. I even got my 82 year old mother taking them and she said she noticed a difference daily as well. Good value
I have been taking these supplements for about 6 weeks. I can honestly say that my concentration has improved and I feel more alert. My memory has always been good but this has help improve it. Helped with my memory
For my n=1 sample, after trying these for about a month, I noticed a huge difference in my memory. I was able to remember small details better and was more active as I was memorizing new topics in my studies. Good enough to keep taking
I've taken one a day for a couple weeks and I see a slight improvement in analytical and synthetic abilities. No improvement in memory. Good
This seems to work fairly well for me. I'm more alert than I was and my memory is slight better. I can concentrate longer on projects before needing a break. My thinking process is back to where it used to be which is a big improvement.1 users found this review helpful.
