    Parents loved it!

    This spray delivers fast, convenient relief for sore muscles and minor joint aches — just a few pumps and you get a cooling-then-warming sensation that helps dull pain in things like strains, backaches, or bruises. The dry-spray format is easy to use (no mess, no rubbing required) and dries quickly, which makes it a good “on-the-go” fix when you don’t want greasy creams. The 16% menthol gives a strong enough tingle to feel effective, though the menthol scent is noticeable and some might find it intense. It’s handy to keep in a medicine cabinet or gym bag for everyday aches — just remember it’s for external use only and not for broken or irritated skin.     Relief Is One Spray Away

    I have arthritis in my back, daily swelling in my legs that has resulted in several surgeries and lots of general aches and pain all over my body - and I have used this dry spry from neck to feet to get pain relief! The menthol provides a cooling sensation when first sprayed that warms up to help relieve pain and soreness. Your sinuses will probably clear as well once you breathe in the menthol. Overall, the product does a good job of helping me manage my pain. I love that the spray is mess free unlike lotion or gel formulas. It is also not the extreme cold of some other sprays I've tried before, so it's bearable for those like me who have poor circulation and get extremely cold at times. The spray mechanism never clogs and easily sprays from any angle, including upside down and when I'm trying to contort to reach my back. When I'm done using, it I can turn the built in cap to cover the spray nozzle, so I don't have to worry about accidentally spraying myself in the face.

    Great pain relief spray

    Great pain relief spray! I used this on sore muscles and immediately felt relief. The dry spray was very convenient to use and definitely a staple in my medicine kit.

    Great value

    Great value for the amount of product in the package! Easy to use and works quickly. The smell was okay but not great, I’m not not a huge fan hence the 4 stars. Appreciate an easy to read label

    Pain relief

    Great for joint and muscle relieve. Fast acting and quick drying. Does smell a ton like menthol so that may irritate some but all in all a good product!

    Try it

    Cold and hot pain relief is great!! Not only do I use it but my parents both use it when their joints are hurting! It works great and doesn’t have an obnoxious smell! I recommend it and it’s not pricey!

    Spray outdoors

    This works just as good as other products we have used for sore muscles. My only complaint is that it needs to be used outdoors or else you are choking on the spray. In this sense, I find creams to be simpler.

    Helps with pain but messy.

    Very easy to use. The scent is strong but doesn't bother me. The spray is a bit messy and takes a bit to dry completely. It did help with the pain, and the cold and hot sensation weren't unbearable.
