Good Backup Option
I was traveling and forgot to pack my custom mouth guard. I bought this one to use as a backup. The instructions were very clear and easy to follow. I was pleasantly surprised how well it molded. It was a comfortable and snug fit and met my needs. worst product ever

Decent price and product make sure to follow the instructions to get the right fit. I've been using it nightly for a couple of weeks and it helps me with my teeth grinding and I don't wake up with a headache. It didn’t mold to my teeth in the slightest.
I’m not sure how to go about a refund since I opened the package and tried to mold the mouthpiece to my upper teeth, but I’m going to attempt it. This product is worthless. Waste of money
I tried the process of making these 4 times (only twice per tray, as the box recommended) and not once would the guard fit right at the end of it all. A complete waste of time and money! These don’t work even if you follow the instructions exactly.
