    Made Wrong

    This isn't made for seniors. Bag needs a buckle loop on opposite end of strap on bag so you can run strap thru it and tighten in front, instead of trying to reach around behind you. Bag is heavy when gel pouch is in it and keeps falling down your back when trying to fasten.

    discreet use!

    I suffer from back pain from sitting for long hours at a desk, and this is perfect for a discreet use at the office! very comfortable and adjustable depending on my needs for the day. i love this, have been using it every week!

    Works great

    I enjoy using this compress. I have others that are similar, but I like how the gel in this forms to the body. It’s easy to use and doesn’t take long to get hot or cold. The large size of it makes it perfect for the back; it’s certainly works well relieving the pain in mine.

    Great!

    Received this free to test. I have had an achy back since having my son and carrying him daily. This compress worked well to apply heat to my lower back. I plan on continuing to use this product!

    I love this product!! I have back pains often it’s super cool to have a product do both hot and cold. It’s really easy to use and store back up when I’m done with it.

    Size is wonderful

    I really like how you can do hot or cold. I like how it is big and covers the entire area. Great for just about any use you can think of, and it is easy to use.

    Nice

    This so nice to have. I have mostly used it for ice cream I love that it straps on so you can use it without having to lay down or sit down on it. You can make it as tight as you want.
