I started using the CVS 3-in-1 psyllium fiber capsules about two years ago (the extra fiber was recommended by my doctor because of diverticulosis) and they have been perfect. The extra fiber prevents any complications from that condition. Taking the extra fiber in this form also ensures that my bowel situation (TMI, I know! hahaha...) is as regular as can be. WORKS WELL FOR COLITIS
These fiber capsules do a great job at managing my colitis. The bottle has various health benefits printed on the back & how many capsules you have to take for each goal. For example: five capsules three times a day for heart health. They work well for my purposes, but I have had to back off while I'm on my chia pudding kick. My store used to carry these 500ct, so I had to buy the 160ct to tide me over. Better than the competition
I switched to these capsules awhile back. They are much more reasonably priced, and perform better than the competition.
