I didn't think CVS's brand would not work as well as Walmart's Equate which i have used off and on for over 7 years now. I used it for constipation due to a GLP1 i have been on for a while. I had some Equate left and it definitely helped me within 24 hours (1 tbsp twice the first day, then once a day). When i ran out of it, i went to CVS to try theirs. Alas, I have used this one for exactly the same amount of time and twice a day for 3 days now, and what it does is simply cause gas, make you go to the bathroom throughout the day only for minimal and messy bowel movements. I got frustrated which is why i came to write this. CVS's brand is also more expensive than Walmart's but I used the BOGO 50% off offer. I am not going to continue using those nor am i going to take 3 tbsp a day only to deal with the side effects. All in one fiber
This orange flavored powder is made out of psyllium fiber that helps out with digestion. The taste is amazing and good
The flavor is orange. I love the fiber. It is super good. The ingredients they contain have citric acid. Orange contains many things that are super good for your health. Its price is adequate. The texture and flavor are incredible. Hard to drink
Big container lots of produce. It smell like orange juice but the texture it can be tick and silicone.
