Violently Ill
On two occasions I have taken two of these tablets before eating dairy. Both times I became violently ill 2-3 hours later, vomiting multiple rounds across several hours until my stomach had nothing left, followed by prolonged diarrhea. I assume it's from the inactive ingredients but I can't afford to take any more chances with this product. The two tablets were the only commonality between the two episodes that I have been able to identify. I have been purchasing this product for years now obviously I'm very pleased with it. I would recommend it to anyone who has a lactose intolerance and needs something to help. The size that provides 125 caplets also provides a small little carrying case you can put in your purse or pant pocket, making it very convenient to always have it with you.
