I bought this product for my wife who was dealing with cramps. I bought it because it was deluxe which should mean that it should work and be effective. It’s hard to feel good after spending more than 50 bucks to hear her crying of pain while the pad feels the same as it was when I got it out of the box even though I had it set for 160 for 20 minutes. It’s nice to know that you can’t even trust CVS to not produce scam products. Can I purchase a new cord with on and off switch

Died after a few months.
I loved this heating pad at first, the size and heat was great. I’ve only had it 6 months or so and it’s been stuck in safety mode no matter what I do to fix it. It clearly falls under the warranty so I’m hoping to get it replaced or credit towards a new one. BUYER BEWARE! Will be returning
Absolute waste of money. Says 160 degrees and is nowhere close. Does not heat up hardly at all. Effective and easy to use and carry around.
So convenient and easy to use. It helps with my cramps and keeps me warm and cozy. I use it during the colder months too when my heat is not on and it helps me sleep. So convenient for cramping
The CVS Health Wide Heating Pad has been a lifesaver for muscle tension and cramps. It heats up quickly and covers a generous area, making it perfect for back, shoulders, or abdomen. Soft and durable. It’s big enough to get any sore
