Just Buy the Phillips Brand
I bought this CVS brand probiotics because the store was out of the Phillips Colon Heath probiotics. The box says "compares to Phillips Colon Health" so I decided to try it. Not nearly as effective as the probiotic that it is compared to. These probiotics only make you gassy and will not help keep you regulated like the Phillips brand. Just go ahead and pay the extra few dollars because these will only make you bloated and gassy.
