This is legitimately the worst product I have ever bought. The wrap literally doesn't heat. At all. Tried two and they barely got warmer than room temperature. And forget "waiting 30 minutes to heat up" the adhesive doesn't even stick for 30 minutes! CVS should be embarrassed to sell this crap. Versatile Product!
Ended up using this product for my period cramps and was very effective! Muscle Pain relief

For those who suffer from pain like me, I definitely recommend it.
I have a physical job. I suffer from neck pain. I put the patch on at night. I could sleep peacefully at night. It warmed up in the painful areas. By morning the pain was much less.
