Stopped working in two weeks

The Major Design Flaw - The Filter
READ THIS BEFORE BUYING. This product has severe problem as the title says, it’s the filter. The filter can easily become dirty, and if you don’t clean the filter or use this product upside down, then the product will literally fail to create suction. I don’t know who designed this filter, but they did a terrible job. If you did buy this product let me explain how to fix it. First separate the main body and the suction area. Secondly, loosen the clear cap. Then you’re going to look up. You’re going to see 2 things 1 big tube and a circle with a line on the middle. The circle with the line in the middle that is the filter. Take off the filter cap and you’re going to see the filter. Now if you’re not getting any suction whatsoever the only fix is to remove the filter. Take your fingernail and take it off and put the cap back on. Then boom! Your suction is back! But, beware do not flip it over so any liquid can get inside the filter chamber! Do not purchase
Great concept horrible product. I bought one and it wasn’t working so I exchanged it ! The second one worked for two uses and stopped working. Disappointed — Stopped Working After One Use
I was really hopeful about the CVS Electric Nasal Aspirator because it actually worked great the very first time I used it. Suction was strong, it was easy to handle, and it seemed like it would make congested nights so much easier. Unfortunately, after that one use, it completely stopped working. No matter what I tried—replacing batteries, cleaning all the parts, checking the connections—it just wouldn’t turn back on or produce any suction. Save your $
This thing worked AMAZING for a couple weeks for my infant daughter and then it suddenly stopped suctioning. I took it apart and put it back together, deep cleaned it, even put new batteries in it and it still wouldn’t suction. I threw the box and receipt away thinking it wouldn’t randomly break on me so the store refused to exchange it.
