Game changer
I’ve been using these semi espresso and magnesium capsules for years now, and they’ve honestly been game changers for me. I suffer from heartburn and reflux, and I used to only take omeprazole, but my doctor recommended pairing it with magnesium, and that completely changed everything. The difference was immediate. The price is super affordable too. If you struggle with reflux or heartburn and omeprazole alone hasn’t worked for you, you definitely need to try taking it with magnesium. Effective in small time
First, I love how bright the packaging is really stands out on the shelf and easy to find. The pills are very small, smaller than your average pill and in the perfect capsule to swallow. I was excited that they take as little as four days to go into full effect because I have been experiencing a lot of acid reflux. Did cause a little bit of extra burping but is still very effective. A little high for the amount given in the package, but still effective. Normal child safety packaging.
