When i opened the container to use the floss, I had to open the container and "fish" for the end of the floss. Once i was able to pull the floss out and cut it off, I closed the container and it fell back into the container. Bottom line, I cannot pull out floss without opening up the entire container and cutting it myself from the wheel. Its not a cheap brand of floss. Who wants to fumble around trying to find the end of floss only to not be able to leverage it enough to tear off a piece.
