First, I love that these are significantly cheaper than name brand Tylenol. Its really effective especially at such a high dosage. It hits faster on a full stomach. The caplets are pretty smooth and not too big which helps swallowing easier. My only complaint is it doesnt last as long as I thought it would. Purchased product for pain I was experiencing. All the other brands were pricy and when I compared the ingredients to all, it was the same ingredients in all the other brands.
