Fast-acting, effective headache relief at a great
I’ve used the CVS Health Extra Strength Headache Relief for tension headaches and migraines, and it works quickly for me. The combination of acetaminophen, aspirin, and caffeine really makes a difference compared to regular pain relievers. works as well as excedrin :)

I personally really like this medication! I get headaches frequently and it is one of the only products that kills my migraines! Great and effective
I recently got this CVS Health Extra Strength Headache Relief medicine and am very satisfied with it. It is very effective and works quickly to get my headaches under control. Must have!
As a bartender who constantly gets migraines, I have to always have some headache relief in my purse. Whether it be maxalt, excedrerine etc. This is now my product of choice!! It works amazing for me. It has one of the fastest ‘calm down reactions’ for me, which is when my headache starts to dampen. It’s effective to ease headaches but sometimes I have to take 2 for it to work. Good for menstrual cramps too.
