Works as it's supposed to. I use it for support for my wrist, can wash my hands and it stays in place. Works pretty well
I was very excited to try this tape because I have had knee and back pain for a long time and I will try anything for some relief. I really appreciated the packaging container for this and that they were pre cut strips. Made it super easy. It says it can hold up to 7 days but I got about 3 days before it started lifting and irritating my skin. Honestly, for quick pain relief or some light support, it’s a win. Not a cure, but it really helps when you just need a little extra hold. I even shared some with my mom for her plantar fasciitis and my husband when he was having shoulder pain. Must have for sports!
This was the perfect addition to my medicine cabinet. Lightweight , strong , sticks to the skin without ripping off the hairs , not mention it lasts! It’s comfortable to wear all day. My had did n it feel like it was sweaty. A little help!
I received and used CVS Health Extreme Strength Kinesiology Tape. The packaging was easy to open and the tape dispenser was easy to use. There were times when the paper on the backing of the tape wouldn’t come off easily and led to the tape sticking together. I like the nice feel of the kinesiology tape, not scratchy. The adhesive was good, but rubbed against clothing and bunched up a little. So I used this for something a little different. I was out of nips and had an event. This worked perfectly held beautifully. However when it was time to remove it came off with no problem. I am very sensitive to adhesives. Normal nip covers and bandaids will cause skin reactions.
