Using the CVS version of KT tape for my sore knees is the perfect solution. This product is just as good as the brand name version, but at a more reasonable price. I find that the package stating "Compare to KT Tape Extreme" works much better than CVS's other types, because the extreme strength stays on all day without curling up. Game-changer
This is a must have for any runner. I have knee issues and applying this tape has helped me complete my marathon training. The way I apply it lifts my patella enough to receive any pressure or robbing. Great Kinesiology Tape
I received CVS kinesiology Tape for free from Influenster in exchange for an honest review. I was glad to get this opportunity as I have always wanted to try this tape. I am an avid gym goer & weight lifter so I have my fair share of ailments . Supposedly this tape supports muscles & joints, improves circulation , reduces pain, & enhances athletic performance . This is all very appealing to me @ this point in my life. You can't turn on a sporting event & not see the athletes using this tape. I looked up how to apply it online as there's really no instructions on the box. I did notice a feeling like my joints & muscles were being supported. I think it would benefit me to go to a physical therapist to show me how to correctly apply the tape for best results . Wow
Best way to buy tape if your kid is a gymnast or pole vaulter! I have spent so much buying at Walmart and other stores, getting this in bulk is for sure best way to go. It is as good as the name brand stuff I've purchased in past. Thick and doesn't bother her skin. Works well on wrapping her pole for vaulting also. Durability and breathable
I’m very pleased with this product. The CVS Kinesiology Tape truly has extreme strength. It was flexible, durable and had great adhesion. I used it during my run/walk and it stayed in place.
