Not effective.

Don't waste your money. Doesn't work.
Got hit with an awful cold, running nose, stuffed up, the works. Bought this because my daughter, who gave me the cold, made off with my Vic's sinex. I tried this as a cheap alternative. A good product at a good price.
The spray causes my sinuses to shrink as expected so I can breathe more normally again. That's what I expected and required.
