Amazing for IBS
I take this because I have IBS (occasional diarrhea, constipation, or going to the bathroom with normal poop 5x in one day, upset stomach for no reason at all and it makes me very irritable). I also tend to feel very hungry all the time. This helped with my IBS so much! My stomach felt amazing and I felt peaceful in my gut (I can't describe it, it's how it felt for me). It also made my appetite normal (it seems like), I didn't want to eat a whole thing of pizza and 5 protein bars, I ate a normal sandwich and a yogurt with some crackers and I felt satisfied and full. It was mostly my IBS that I couldn't stand because there was no way to tell if I was going to poop 5x in one day or if I was going to have diarrhea, or just feel very uncomfortable. I haven't felt this good in my gut in a very long time. I know anyone with IBS would know what I'm talking about.
