Meets expectationsOut of 5Wearing this brace cures painful numbness!
Several months ago I accidentally buckled my wrist backwards while trying to hold it straight😬... this caused a very sudden painful wrist injury which healed up on its own over the next couple months. However after recovery I had carpal tunnel inflammation and every night numbness in my fingers became so painful it woke me up. First I took Advil every night that helped only a little .... next I tried Voltaren, which I thought helped at first but then really didn't help at all. Plus the back of my hand started peeling and Voltaren advisory said to stop using it immediately because of skin peeling at application site. So I had zero options except decided to try a wrist brace. This helped like magic!!! All I do is put the wrist brace on my hand when I go to bed and use the Velcro making it not too tight (because at first I strapped it on too tightly...at first I strapped it to snug which quickly caused numbness within minutes, so I slightly loosened it. This turned out absolutely perfect and I have now slept several full nights with zero overnight numbness plus every morning I wake up I have zero numbness in that wrist as well! I never would have guessed such a simple physical product like this would bring such a total automatic relief! Comfortable & Velcro doesn’t stick to everything.

This brace has a thumb hole on both sides, allowing you to switch arms, but this affects the fit. For me, the hand/wrist portion of the S/M is too large so my hand isn't held in position (which is the reason you buy one of these things), and the arm part of the wrap is tight (I wear women's medium in clothing). The velcro tabs are tiny and don't allow much room for custom adjustment. Provided support; may help for certain pain
I bought this to help me with soreness in the base of my thumb joint, down to my wrist. I found this wrist brace to be in very good condition and was very supportive. It will prevent you from moving the area it covers which could help pain from overuse. For me, this provided a bit too much stiffness. I tried sleeping in this, but had to remove it within an hour. It was not comfortable.
I couldn't wear the brace. Not quite right for me
A bit too uncomfortable due to stiffness of materials. High support. Night support
Thus is a wrist brace with a high amount of support. It is intentionally a little longer than a standard splint. Adjustable velcro straps. This works great to wear at night time while sleeping if your doctor recommends night splints. You cannot bend wrist toward your palm very well which is great for my purposes. The original price was reasonable considering the quality & I also had a coupon for 30 percent off 1 CVS item that I applied toward end cost. I do recommend this item.
