This is a full size item! The capsules are also large, if that is an issue for you. However. No taste or aftertaste from this product which is my first personal issues with a lot of different supplements. CVS brand flaxseed gels are a great cost effective way to get the nutrients and benefits of flaxseed. The pill is pretty large but most flaxseed are. Great supplement
These flaxseed softens were not only easy to swallow but were easy on my stomach. I have a sensitive stomach and some pills bother me. I feel good while taking them and hope they’re helping me with omega 3 and fiber intake. would try other products from their line
