Absolute junk
For over $30 you would assume you getting a quality item that is not a case. Junk
Just had my hip replaced yesterday. Really need this item. Unpacked it and right away it didn't work. The button to lock and unlock the folding feature did nothing. It kept folding in half and would not lock in the open position. After thinking I was prepared for my recovery the most useful item was worthless. I'm stuck home alone with no way to return it and get a new one. I can't bend or barely walk with no reacher. I purchased this item for a dear friend who had lent hers to a friend in need. I purchased this for my good neighbor, because I didn't know how long her grabber would be in need. She was very pleased and was happy for my help. BEST REACHER EVER MADE
