    Helps with bloating, maybe?

    Cannot tell for sure how effective this really is, but it does help my belly feel better. It might be a placebo effect but I do not feel bloated like I usually do, especially after eating beans. I would recommend you try this, but I would say to try it for 2-3 months and maybe then the results would be more consistent.

    Good for your health stomach

    The probiotic help you to digest food and fermented food better on your digestive system, be aware the first week and second week the pill hit hard on you so try to eat clean no sugar and bad food to make the process easier.

    Useless

    I've always suspected probiotic products to be ineffective, over-marketed hype, and, after using these for a while, I'm now convinced that's the case. As a usually gassy guy, I have noticed zero changes with my gut on these things.

    Does what it is supposed to works great.

    Love this probiotic. It has no taste, very easy to swallow. The packaging is very easy to open. All the ingredients are detailed and it is very effective for bloating. This trial was free but I will continue to use it.

    Great Probiotic. They Work!

    I actually really liked these probiotics. They come in easy to swallow capsules and don't have a bad aftertaste. After a couple days of taking these capsules I could already feel a difference in my stomach and digestion. I haven't had any side effects to date. If you are looking for a probiotic to try, I would definitely recommend these! They worked for me!
