just what my podiatrist told me to try

The cvs toe spacer

Spreader
With a big toe surgery it was recommended to place something soft between the big toe and the toe next to it by the physicians assistant to spread the toes apart with a soft apparatus to keep the toes from rubbing each other without effecting the incision. These worked perfectly, very comfortable and did not intrude when placing the foot into the shoe or while walking.1 users found this review helpful.
