I was skeptical at first to try this product due to others just not having results. I am happy to report I could honestly tell changes almost immediately! The only down side is the size of the pill! Pretty goood.
Have not finished the bottle yet, but found these to be easy to swallow. I can't say I noticed a difference right away but I notice a little less noise in my knee when I do squats. A fantastic value
A reasonable supplement. I was happy to take this for my knees, not in best shape. Glucosamine helps.
