Hair, Skin and Nails supplement was recommended by my Doctor. I've been using for a couple years. Not sure if it does anything cause I think my condition is determined by stress. Have not noticed any positive changes in skin, hair or nails. This may be my last bottle I purchase and I'll see if I notice any difference.
