As an expectorant, this maximum strength mucus relief helps loosen phlegm and thin bronchial secretions to rid the bronchial passageways of mucus, make coughs more productive and relieve chest congestion. Extended-release caplets offer 12-hour relief. HSA/FSA Eligible.
