Take care of your eyes
Many years ago I lost me spleen. So, I have taken many supplements over the years, including LUTEIN to nourish my eyesight.

May Protect My Eyes
At 80, I still do not need glasses. I have been taking lutein for many years. I feel this may be a strong reason for excellent eyesight.

I take this at the recommendation of my eye doctor. Since I take a multi I don't need the a reds, So I just take the leating. It's been working all these years.
