Wonder Drug?... Nah. Much Better
I took this before going to bed at night. It got me a little bit more relaxed than usual. So I slept extremely well. And there's absolutely no side effects. I woke up feeling pretty good and normal. i bought this a couple of months ago because of what i read about 5- HTP but honestly really didn't notice anything maybe would need to be on it a lot longer.
