Great product to help with vitamins and electrolytes. I liked the flavor. I like taking the packets for on the go hydration. powered gatorade

Best for super dehydration
I absolutely love this product. I just got married and I brought it with for after the wedding and it was a life saver!!! I was super hungover and had a hard time keeping liquids down. I was able to drink a cup with the rapid hydration and I felt much better. I kept drinking king it throughout the day and I was back to normal within an hour or so! Sticky gunky packaging; will not repurchase
I ordered two boxes and both boxes just immediately had puffs of strawberry-scented powder emerge. Every packet was sticky and covered in yellow gunk. If you've ever licked cotton candy off your fingers and then touched your clothes you know what I mean. Not worth it. Really helps hydrate
I swear by hydration packets especially when hiking, hungover or like me and terrible at drinking water throughout the day. I like these packets because it's to mix in with 16oz of water and typically I've bought other brands that you only mix with 8oz of water. It dissolves rather easily with just a few stirs. I not the biggest fan of the strawberry flavor. I wish they had multiple flavors or another flavor option. Great for on the go as they are just small packets you can easily put in a purse or pocket and then just add to water when you need. My son used these for football and he loved the flavor. He mixes it with his water during practice and avoids any headaches because of dehydration on those hot days. So delicious and did the trick! Love the flavor! Instant electrolytes and energy! You can take this with you wherever you go! Decent
Overall I enjoyed using this product. These are good to have on hand when feeling dehydrated or after a night out. However; I don't enjoy the flavor of this so much, it is a little off. Don't get my wrong it's not awful it's definitely tolerable, but it's not something I would leisurely drink. I will say that the made me feel better after nights out.
