Junk!
Just bought this and followed directions to prime it. Water drips very gently out of tip. Nothing I did would get it to do anything else. Waste of expensive gas to return it to store.

I Bought Two, and They Both Failed
I bought one of these last Fall, and it worked well enough for a couple of months. When I went to Florida, I bought another. This worked for about three weeks, long enough for me to have thrown away the sales receipt. Then the Sonic feature started malfunctioning. It would not turn on when the switch was depressed, and yet other times it would turn on by itself. Finally it stopped working entirely. I suspect water got into the switch. When I returned home a couple of weeks ago, the flosser here worked fine for another couple of weeks. Then two days ago it stopped working exactly like the other one. I have seen this same problem written up in other reviews. Faulty design and/or assembly?

Terrible. I purchased the water flosser in January 2022 and the sonic function stopped working a few months later. It must have a short, as I had to hold the button down for it to work. And, sometimes the sonic function would turn on automatically after using. I returned it and got another. The same thing happened. I can no longer use it as holding down the sonic button is cramping my hand. DO NOT BUY. Zero star if I could.
