Cvs health vitamins are a great option! They're affordable and work great! These ashwagandha tablets are a little bigger than a typical pill such as a pain reliever but not too big that you would have trouble swallowing them. This bottle contained 60 pills which is enough for a 30 day supply as you have to take 2 daily. Small pill packs power
Aside from the medicine-like taste, CVS' Ashwagandha tablet is small, dissolves easily, and helps with sleeplessness. Has made a change.
My husband and I tried the Aswagandha. I liked the energy it gave me. My husband said it helped him sleep better and wake up not as groggy. It did take time to before affects his sleep though. It was easy to take and no after taste.
