    Calcium deficiency

    I wasn't taking any calcium supplements until I became aware of the value to my body. I just started taking calcium and so far I am happy with the results.

    very difficult to swallow

    This pill is too difficult to swallow and cannot be used. It should have some sort of coating to make it easier.
