Mailed in 2 kits onJune 2nd. It's now July 1st and I have not received the results. The website says I should have received results in 5 days. An email I received said 10 days. It's been longer than both of them combined. Requesting a refund but I have been disconnected once after 10 minutes and I have been on the current call over 45 minutes to get a refund and they still have not confirmed I will get a refund because the associate can't get ahold of a manager or supervisor. It's been an joke. After this experience I will stay away from CVS home tests. Involved testing process, clear results.
This test offered well detailed steps, and there were many to follow between the way a sample is collected, to the way labels are placed, and the way the specimen is mailed. However, the results are clear when they arrive via mail, which is the most important part- clarity, consciences, and readability as a medical layman. Love the convenience.
I love the convenience of this test. It was super easy to do the test but I will say it required more blood than I expected. My finger was sore for quite a few days after but nothing I couldn't handle. The directions were super clear and everything you needed was provided. The results came back very fast as well. Only for informational use
The CVS celiac health test was fairly simple to use. The app provides useful information and the results were provided quickly. However keep in mind this test is for informational purposes only. I found the test simple to perform and mail in and the app interface easy to use. Great product
I got this to try as I couldn't get my doctor to test for it. This was easy to purchase over the counter. The test was easy to complete just a finger stick and some blood. Great at home test
I'm glad I got this test to do at home. It was easy to do and easy to submit the test for results. I'm still waiting on my results, but I'm sure I am fine. Easy use
This test was easy to use and I got results back around 12 days after I sent them in. Compared to other tests I've used it was much more reasonably priced.
