REMOVE CAP from teeth whitening pen and twist the bottom portion of the pen clockwise until gel is visible at the brush top. [NOTE: The first time using the pen, you may need to turn the handle of the pen several times before the gel starts to disperse into the brush.]. INSERT CHEEK RETRACTOR into your mouth, with the small flanges outside of the mouth, and the large flanges inside of the mouth. Once inserted, make sure that your teeth can touch each other to successfully use the product. Wear the cheek retractor for the duration of the whitening process. APPLY TEETH WHITENING GEL use the whitening gel pen to spread a thin layer onto your teeth. One bead of gel will be enough product to cover 4-5 teeth. Deposit the gel onto the teeth and spread the gel evenly with the brush among the teeth that you desire to whiten. Do not repeatedly paint one tooth. Avoid getting gel on gums and on lips. If you do touch your lips with the gel, it may cause irritation, so be sure to wipe it off immediately with a clean washcloth. WHITEN once whitening gel has been applied to your teeth, keep the cheek retractor in your mouth and leave whitening gel on and whiten for up to 9 minutes. RINSE AND REPEAT remove the cheek retractor and rinse your mouth with water and make sure all gel and saliva have been removed. Repeat once a day for 5-10 days, or as desired.
