Quality guard to protect from grinding
This is a quality guard at a great price that protects against teeth grinding. The bit sits at your molars at wraps around the incisors to prevent from swallowing. Individually packaged for easy transport. I've been using them for years.

These night guards are one size fits all. And I was worried they would not fit right without being able to be adjusted. They do take a night or two to get accustomed to wearing them. And I recommend wearing them on your bottom teeth as it pushes your lips out a little and I found it uncomfortable on my top teeth.
