For the relief of minor sprains and bruises, try CVS Health Epsom Salt, 128-ounce for a refreshing experience. Simply dissolve two cups of the salt in a warm bath and this may help you experience reduced stiffness and soreness. Help to give achy muscles a warm, comforting feeling with this Epsom salt featured in a large resealable bag.

Help relax your muscles and joints with Epsom salt. Whether it's minor sprains and bruises, sports-related injuries, or general stress, adding the salt to your bath water may help soothe aches and pains. You can also use the salt to make a compress. Simply add two cups of Epsom salt to two cups of warm water and soak a towel in it to create a compress. Use it for up to 30 minutes no more than three times per day for relief support.

Epsom salt can also help to relieve the symptoms of constipation. Add a small amount to an eight-ounce glass of water and let it dissolve. You can add a splash of fresh lemon juice to improve the taste. Most people experience bowel movements in thirty minutes to six hours. This method should be used for occasional constipation only.

Any type of hot or warm soak should not be used by those with diabetes unless your physician advises otherwise. Always follow the directions as indicated on the package for best results

Children 6 to under 12 years: 1 to 2 level teaspoons (5 to 10 grams) daily
Children under 6 years: consult a doctor

Directions: Dissolve 2 cupfuls of this product per gallon of water. Apply with bandages or toweling for 30 minutes up to three times a day. For a less intensive soak, use 1 or 2 cupfuls in a bath. Use warm water for best results.
